In recent years, it has become increasingly obvious that the Sierra Club has no vision for American energy. Not only has the group actively opposed the three major sources of electricity in the United States (coal, natural gas, and nuclear), but they also have opposed solar and wind projects.

Beyond Affordable

That is why PACE has launched a new campaign called Beyond Affordable to shine a spotlight on the real mission of the Sierra Club when it comes to electricity: to make power too expensive to use.

See the campaign at www.BeyondAffordable.org

The Sierra Club knows that if electricity becomes expensive enough, you will use less of it. That is their solution – their only solution – to improving the environment.

That is why they are opposing energy projects of all kinds across the United States. The Sierra Club knows that by making power less available, it becomes more expensive, and that taking cheaper forms of energy off the table makes everyone’s bills go up.

That is why the Sierra Club is opposing a state-of-the-art power project in Kemper County, Mississippi, and why the group continues to stand in the way of attempts to use America’s domestic energy resources.
