Executive Director: Lance Brown

Executive Director of the Partnership for Affordable Clean Energy (PACE), Lance Brown is fighting for national en ergy policies that are fair and sensible.

A native of Selma, Alabama, Brown formed PACE in 2009 by organizing more than twenty Southeastern organizations to form a coalition to change the national dialogue about national energy policy.

Brown now regularly presents to community and civic organizations, appears as a subject matter expert on energy policy with the media, publishes a regular energy column in Washington, DC’s The Daily Caller, and serves on a consumer board for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).

He is currently producing a documentary on the potential effect of national energy policy on America’s working families and businesses.

Brown is a Harry S. Truman Scholar who received a B.A. from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Public Administration from Auburn University Montgomery.
