Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Best Offshore Sportsbooks at energyfairness.org. We publish research, rankings and reviews of offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds or operate any betting service. By reading this site or clicking through to an operator, you agree to the terms below. Last reviewed Sep 25, 2026 by Blake Donovan.
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site — or 18 where that is the minimum age set by the sportsbook and permitted where you live. Gambling involves the risk of losing money. If it stops being entertainment, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
What you are agreeing to when you use this site
Everything here is published as general information for adults who already understand sports betting. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or a recommendation that you bet. You are responsible for deciding whether placing a wager with an offshore sportsbook is lawful and appropriate where you live.
- You will use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You will not scrape, republish or resell our content, ratings or comparison tables.
- You will not rely on anything here as a prediction of a betting outcome. No pick, tip, trend or rating on this site is a "lock," and no result is guaranteed.
- You accept that operator information changes without notice, and that the operator's own terms always override ours.
Commercial disclosure: how we make money
Best Offshore Sportsbooks earns revenue through affiliate agreements. When you click a link to a sportsbook and open an account, we may receive a commission from that operator. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you see is the offer the operator is publishing.
Commission does not buy position. Operators cannot pay to appear, to move up the list or to have a weakness removed from a review. Some sportsbooks we cover have no commercial relationship with us at all, and we still rank them where our research says they belong. Where a page recommends a paid or commissioned option, this disclosure applies to it.
How our rankings and editorial ratings are produced
Our ratings are editorial scores assigned by our team. They are not customer review scores, star averages or independently audited results, and they should not be read as one. We have not tested these sportsbooks by depositing, betting or withdrawing. Our assessments come from documented research: published terms, license registers, banking pages, odds pages, app and mobile browser behavior, and publicly reported payout track records.
The factors we weigh, in rough order of importance to a crypto-focused offshore bettor:
- Track record of paying — reputation, complaint history, longevity.
- Payout speed and reliability, payout limits, and withdrawal fees.
- Banking: cryptocurrency betting support, bank card deposits, bank wire, money transfer, voucher or player transfer.
- Odds and pricing, including reduced juice and available betting limits.
- Market coverage across NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf, MMA and horse racing.
- Bonus value measured against rollover, minimum odds and time limits — never the headline number alone.
- KYC and verification requirements, site security, customer support and responsible gambling tooling.
More detail on the process sits on our about the team page, and the full rankings live on our offshore sportsbooks accepting US players comparison.
Legal standing, eligibility and your own state's law
This matters more than anything else on this page. The sportsbooks we cover are licensed offshore — commonly in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and they accept US players. That is not the same thing as being licensed, authorized or regulated to serve bettors in any US state.
- Offshore sports betting sits in a legal grey area for US bettors. State law varies widely and changes.
- Some states run regulated online sportsbooks under a State Gaming Commission or Gaming Control Board; others restrict or prohibit online betting entirely. Where a legal, regulated option exists in your state, that route carries protections an offshore site does not.
- No US state player protections apply to offshore accounts. There are no segregated player funds backed by a US regulator, no state dispute resolution or complaints process, and no guaranteed payout if an operator delays, limits or refuses a withdrawal.
- We do not verify or warrant any operator's licensing claims beyond what is publicly documented, and we cannot confirm that any site is authorized to accept your business where you live.
- Tax treatment of gambling winnings is your responsibility. Treat anything we write about tax or legality as general information and consult a qualified attorney or tax professional about your own situation.
Check your state's laws before you deposit. If you are unsure, do not assume.
Bonus terms: what the headline number does not tell you
We publish operator welcome offers as advertised. Every one of them carries conditions that decide whether the offer is worth anything to you — rollover or wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying deposit size, time limits, excluded markets and caps on what can be withdrawn. Those conditions are set by the sportsbook, appear in full on its promotions page, and can change at any time without notice to us.
Below are the advertised offers for the sportsbooks we currently rank, with the conditions you need to read before claiming. We do not reproduce operator rollover figures here because they vary by payment method and product, and verifying each one against the live terms is the operator's job, not ours.
| Sportsbook | Advertised welcome offer | Editorial rating | Conditions to check first |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lucky Rebel | 125% up to $1,250 + 50 FreeBet | 10.0 | Rollover on deposit + bonus, minimum odds, expiry on the free bet portion |
| Bovada | 50% up to $250 | 9.8 | Separate crypto and card versions may differ; rollover and eligible markets |
| BetOnline | $250 in free bets | 9.7 | Free bet stake not returned; minimum odds and claim window |
| BetNow | 125% up to $2,500 | 9.5 | Large match sizes usually carry high rollover; check the multiplier |
| Everygame | 100% up to $500 | 9.3 | Wagering requirement, qualifying deposit, time limit |
| BetUS | 100% up to $2,000 sports + 25% casino | 9.1 | Sports and casino portions roll over separately |
| Sportsbetting | 50% up to $250 in free bets | 8.7 | Minimum odds, expiry, excluded bet types |
| Xbet | 50% up to $200 on credit card deposits | 8.5 | Credit card deposits only — crypto deposits use a different offer |
| MyBookie | 100% up to $1,000, new players | 8.4 | New accounts only; rollover before any withdrawal |
| ApuestaHoy | 200% welcome offer | 8.1 | Cap and rollover not stated in the headline — read the full terms |
A bonus is never free money. You must deposit and put your own funds at risk to qualify, and bonus balances are typically locked until the wagering requirement is cleared.
The three sportsbooks we get asked about most
These write-ups explain why each sits where it does under our terms of assessment, and what we consider a real drawback. They are research-based opinions, not test results.
Lucky Rebel — ranked first on crypto banking breadth
Lucky Rebel tops our list because its proposition is built around crypto deposits and withdrawals rather than treating them as an afterthought, which is what most of our readers are actually shopping for. Its advertised welcome offer — 125% up to $1,250 plus a 50 FreeBet — is the largest combined package on our list at this rating tier, though the match and the free bet carry separate conditions and the free bet stake is not returned with winnings. Limitation: it is a newer name with a shorter public payout history than several sportsbooks below it. A short track record is a genuine risk factor at an offshore site, and it is the main reason to start with a small deposit rather than a maximum-match one.
Bovada — longest visible track record among the names we rank
Bovada earns 9.8 largely on reputation and continuity: it is the operator our readers most often name when they talk about consistent payouts, and it covers the major US leagues deeply, from NFL point spreads and NBA totals through to same-game parlays and live in-play markets. Its advertised 50% up to $250 welcome bonus is modest by offshore standards, and that is deliberate — smaller match, lower rollover exposure. Limitation: lower headline bonus value than almost everything else here, and payment options for US customers are narrower than at rivals that lean into cards and wires alongside crypto.
BetOnline — pricing and market depth for value seekers
BetOnline sits at 9.7 because it serves the bettor chasing pricing rather than promotions: broad market coverage across NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf and MMA, props and futures depth, a racebook, and reduced-juice pricing on selected markets. The advertised welcome package is $250 in free bets, which means your stake is not returned on a winning free bet — check the minimum odds and claim window before you use it. Limitation: the interface and promotions structure are dense, and reduced-juice pricing is not applied uniformly across every sport, so the advertised value depends heavily on what you actually bet.
Money, banking and what we can and cannot tell you
We do not process payments. Deposits, withdrawals, fees, limits and timings are entirely between you and the sportsbook. What our coverage does is describe the methods each operator advertises for US customers so you can verify them before you commit:
- Cryptocurrency — usually the fastest withdrawal route offshore, and often the only one with low or no operator fee. Network fees still apply, and crypto prices move: a balance held in crypto can lose value between deposit and cash-out regardless of how your bets land.
- Bank cards — widely advertised for deposits, frequently declined by US issuers, and rarely available for withdrawals.
- Bank wire — slower and typically fee-bearing, with higher minimums.
- Money transfer and voucher or player transfer — offered by some sportsbooks as a workaround where cards fail; fees and limits vary sharply.
Payout limits, per-method minimums, free-withdrawal allowances and KYC triggers are set by each operator and change. Lighter verification is common offshore, but "light" is not "none" — most sportsbooks will request ID documents before a first significant withdrawal. Using this site does not cost you anything.
Adjacent products on the sportsbooks we cover
Most of the operators listed here run more than a sportsbook. Several combine sports betting with an online casino, live dealer tables, poker and a racebook for horse racing — BetUS, for example, advertises a separate 25% casino portion alongside its sports welcome offer. Those products carry their own terms, their own rollover math and their own house edge, and casino wagering usually counts differently toward a sports bonus, if it counts at all. Our editorial ratings on this site reflect the sportsbook side. Treat any casino, poker or racebook assessment as a separate question.
Accuracy, changes and liability
- We check operator details on publication and review them periodically. Odds, offers, banking options and terms can change the same day we publish. Confirm details on the operator's own site before acting.
- Where information is disputed or unconfirmed, we say so rather than presenting it as verified.
- We accept no liability for losses from betting, from an operator delaying or refusing payment, from account closure or limitation, or from crypto price movement.
- Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or conduct.
- We may update these terms. The review date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed.
Responsible gambling and account closure
Bet only what you can afford to lose, and never bet to recover losses or to relieve stress. Offshore sportsbooks often lack the deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion tools that regulated US operators are required to provide, and there is no state-run self-exclusion register covering them. Set your own limits before you deposit.

Questions about these terms
If something here is unclear, if you believe we have published an inaccuracy, or if you want to know why a sportsbook is ranked where it is, write to us through the contact page. We correct errors when they are shown to us, and we say what changed.
If you are 21 or over, you understand that offshore betting carries no US player protections, and you have checked your own state's position, the ranked comparison is the place to start.
